Shipping and delivery times

Parcels are shipped via Australia Post Standard (with tracking) and will be packed up by your national postal system on arrival in your country.

I ship to most countries internationally, except for Africa, Canada, parts of the Middle East, Central and South America and a few more. This is due to very slow shipping processes and delays in these countries.

Taxes/Customs/Duties

Please note that you are responsible for paying any potential taxes/customs fees/duties if these apply in your country.

Materials and sustainability

I carefully choose each material for the pieces to make sure they're as sustainable as possible. I use linen or cotton fabrics, eco interfacing (to stabilise the fabric), organic cotton or cotton threads, corn or eucalyptus fibre stuffing, and organic cords. Most of these materials are sourced from local small businesses.

Caring for your items

The product description for each item will show specific care instructions. If your item uses plant-dyed threads be careful not to get it wet. If your item uses a navy-coloured fabric, be careful with storing it in the sun as it can fade over time.

The pieces are decorative and not intended to be used by children or pets as small parts may be dangerous.

Returns/Refunds

Please email me within 1 week of receiving your item if any damage has occured, so I can take this up with the postal service.

Please choose carefully – I don't offer change-of-mind refunds or returns as each item is handmade.
